What is the physical difference between the 149-12HT and the 149-12HT-H? 
Per Vendor: The 149-12HT is a PMAd starter. The 149-12HT-H is not a PMAd starter. Mostly used on helicopters from the manufacturer. There are differences due to the cable connections required.
